Regular Activities

The Hall hosts a wide variety of regular activities as listed below - further information can be obtained from the Booking Secretary.



MONDAY morning: Reserved for the Hall's regular clean and occasional maintenance.  The Parish Lunch occurs on the first (non-Holiday) Monday of most months (see 'Community Events')

MONDAY afternoon: KUMON (Maths and English support for children)

MONDAY evening: FLOW YOGA 7pm-8pm.  All levels welcome, suitable for beginners (min. age 18).  Relaxing, uplifting, enjoyable.  Please bring a mat & wear comfortable clothing.  For further details and to reserve a place, please contact Carolyn: Email:  Call: 07450 670542


TUESDAY morning: ART IN BATH (Tutoring in drawing, painting, sculpture & creative writing)

TUESDAY afternoon: STRICTLY FOR KIDS (Latin American and ballroom dancing classes for boys and girls aged 6 to 10 - run by full-time professional dance teacher Joanna Whitehead. 4pm to 5pm.  Contact 01225 287984)



WEDNESDAY morning: WATERCOLOUR PAINTING (Tutored class for those with some experience)

WEDNESDAY afternoon: PAINTING WITH ACRYLICS (Tutored classes)

WEDNESDAY evening: BADMINTON (For amateur players, including table tennis)


THURSDAY morning: THE BATH DANCENTRE (Lessons in Ballroom & Latin American)

THURSDAY afternoon: HATHA YOGA classes commencing 17th June 2-3pm and 5-6pm classes - small groups, suitable for all ages, including seniors.  1:1 trial sessions/1:1 tuition for 30/45/60 mins are available between 3:15 and 4:45pm.  For further details or to book a class or 1:1 contact Julie - email; Call or text 07976 718575 or see

FRIDAY morning: FIDGETY FEET (dance, drama and storytelling for children of pre-school age).  Contact Aviva at tel. 07960 035466.

FRIDAY evening: BATH MINUET COMPANY.  The group learns and practises a wide range of period dances, from Court Dance to more informal Country Dancing.  It gives performances in Bath and elsewhere, and arranges an annual Ball in the Assembly Rooms.

In addition, at WEEKENDS there are regular meetings of BATH WARGAMES CLUB and a MODEL RAILWAY CLUB as well as a number of DANCE opportunities.
